According to World Bank Group, out of 1.1 million tonnes of plastic discarded by Malaysians in 2019, only 24% of the waste are being recycled.
Found in 2013, Kanma's mission is to recirculate discarded materials into reusable resources so lesser virgin natural resources are extracted from mother nature. With this, we aim to contribute a bigger role in the circular economy.
We implement and strictly follow ISO 14001 : 2015 standards in all our processes. We constantly monitor our waste disposal to ensure fully compliance to the Environmental Quality Act 1974.

· Develop, implement, maintain and improve the company’s Environmental Management System with the spirit of continual improvement;
· Comply with all legal requirement on Environmental as stipulated in the EQA 1974;
· Improve environmental performance through compliances with local legislations, waste minimization and prevention of pollution;
· Prevent discharge of harmful substances into the environment

KANMA PLASTIC MATERIAL SDN BHD (Kanma) acknowledges the right of all employees to work in a safe and healthy environment. We aim to ensure all our business activities and operations meets the international Health, Safety and Environment standards
To meet our objective, we are committed to:

Identify hazards and implement control measures are taken to manage risk of injuries, occupational illnesses and damage to properties.

Responsibly utilize natural resources in an efficient manner and reduce generation of waste products during work activities.

Regularly review and revise this policy and safe working procedures at intervals.
